Greenchip plc is an AIM-listed public investment holding company focused on acquiring, developing and rolling out environmental and life science technologies in select markets. Its first operating subsidiary was Programmable Life Inc., a market leader in degradable plastics technology.
MediaTech helped establish holding company to consolidate highly fragmented law enforcement/public safety technology companies, restructuring SmartCOP, Inc. as Platform Company and evaluating additional products and services, as well as potential target acquisitions. Recruited William Bratton, now Los Angeles Police Chief, as director/advisor to board, which includes Jack Kemp, William Bennett, and Robert Kennedy, Jr.
